Over the years, I have studied Cognitive and Dialectical Behaviour Therapies and have sharpened my listening skills and ability to empathise, key to utilising effective techniques to correctly interpret and understand internal and external stakeholders.
I love animals, enjoy cooking and am attempting to be a self-sufficient gardener.
